Enjoy the benefits of yoga, even if you can`t get down on the floor. This class is specially designed for seniors and others who want to gently and thoroughly stretch and strengthen. You`ll learn how to breathe to deeply relax your body and mind. Experience the rejuvenating power of yoga!
No need to be on the floor to do yoga. You will have a complete yoga program utilizing chairs, blocks and straps. The gentle flow of breath and movement will calm your mind, soothe your nervous system, increase blood circulation, reduce muscle tension and generally improve your strength, flexibility and respiration. Open up your energy and feel more grounded and focused. You will achieve the same benefits as a regular yoga class.
