NOTE - PLEASE REGISTER ON-LINE BY EMAIL AT burkemoone@golden.net You will learn a wide variety of yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation techniques and self-help methods to overcome stress. All levels of skill and experience will benefit from this classic Hatha yoga, the root of all modern yoga styles. Besides a full yoga stretch and strengthen session, each class will also offer a mini lesson on stress awareness and how to manage it. As well, the session will finish with a relaxation/meditation technique specifically designed to relieve stress and anxiety and promote geater body/mind awareness. You will also learn a number of yoga breathing techniques called Pranayama which further calm mind and body. Deepen your understanding of yoga and yourself. Create a stronger, more flexible and balanced body, reduce stress and recharge your energy. This yoga is for everyone,no matter what your fitness level or yoga experience. Beginners are always welcome.
Dress in warm, comfortable clothing and bring a mat plus a blanket.

This is classic Hatha yoga stretching and strengthening at moderate pace for any skill level.
