All levels of skill and experience will benefit from this classic Hatha yoga, the root of all modern yoga styles. Classic poses will be given fresh meaning through Mindful Yoga, a practice that promotes strong body/mind awareness. Understanding of the body as an energetic process (Chakras) will be seamlessly woven throughout the program. Each class will finish with meditation. Deepen your yoga understanding and enrich your life. Refresh your energy.
