COMPLETE FITNESS YOGA - THURSDAY EVENINGS (More Info)
Experience a total workout combining low impact aerobic movements from Kundalini yoga with the deep stretching and strengthening of power yoga. Add core/Pilates cross training for abdominal toning, the yoga science of breath control (pranayama) plus some Shakti dance free form fun and you have a challenging, balanced practice to restore energy. Build strength, flexibility and endurance. Invigorate body and mind.

You'll learn the fundamentals of classic yoga postures as well as how to use your body for proper alignment, balance and stability. Classes will include the essential yoga breathing practices and a variety of relaxation and meditation techniques. Experience why yoga is so much more than an exercise regime.
